简介:某某大红艺人与绯闻女友约会,未料却在路上与守株待兔的狗仔队撞面。艺人情急之下与狗仔理论,展现护花气概,娇娇女友则始终不为所动。为了保护女友,艺人多次要求狗仔不要再拍了,但狗仔见猎心喜完全不予理会,于是艺人用手挡住镜头,而狗仔也用手抓住艺人的手。眼看大明星与狗仔的冲突就要一触即发。。。

Bananas

-Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassiumyet low in salt, making it the perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so,the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industrytomake official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of bloodpressure and stroke.
-Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helpedthrough their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, andlunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that thepotassium-packed fruit canassist learning by making pupils more alert.
-Constipation: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can helprestorenormal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting tolaxatives.
-Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened withhoney. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milksoothes and re-hydrates your system.Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if yousuffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

-Temperature control: Many other cultures see bananas as a "cooling" fruitthat can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectantmothers. In Thailand, for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensuretheir baby is born with a cool temperature.
-Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.Smoking: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6,B12they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, helpthe body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.
-Stress: Potassium is a vitalmineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat,sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When weare stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassiumlevels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium bananasnack.
-Strokes: According to research in "The New England Journal of Medicine,"eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death bystrokes by as much as 40%!
-Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to killoffa wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with theyellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster orsurgical tape!

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, threetimes the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice theother vitamins and minerals.It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around.So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase sothat we say, "A banana a day keeps the doctor away!"

拯救部落格の日!!!

嘿。。。这部落格发生什么事了?好像被遗弃而且还结满蜘蛛网的城堡似的。我们要打扫打扫这里了。不要以为通常只有学校须要大扫除,其实这个部落格也是非常须要大家帮忙的。很简单,不须要布,水,扫帚或是簸箕,只要大家把一些有趣的东西放上来这个部落格就行了。什么都可以,笑话,故事,甚至一些个人问题(说不定我们将给予意见)。考试已经过去了而假期也快到了,所以应该不会很忙吧。那就一起帮忙弄热这个部落格吧。谢谢您对此部落格的支持。

Hey..what happen to this blog? It feels like an abandoned castle with spider webs all over it. We need gotong-royong here.
